Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InContext3D (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Is

InContext3D places your 3D models in real-world context and turns any view into an AI-generated image or video. It runs in the browser and as free plugins for Autodesk Revit, SketchUp and Rhino, which share one account, one credit balance and one set of projects. Rendering is performed by third-party AI models reached through WaveSpeed.ai, including models from Google, ByteDance and OpenAI.

6. Share Links

Anyone holding a share link, and its password if you set one, can view the project you shared. Choose who you send links to, use a password for sensitive work, and revoke links you no longer need. Links expire after 7 or 30 days.

7. Acceptable Use

8. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third parties including WaveSpeed.ai, Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Amazon Web Services, Cesium and Stripe. Their availability, terms and pricing are outside our control, and using our AI features means accepting the applicable provider's terms as well.

9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InContext3D and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the render credit you purchased in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the date above when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
